Team
Who is behind the site
What Is Brain Fog is not a content mill and it is not a supplement funnel wearing a medical costume. The site is built by a small in-house editorial and product team, with clinical review used where the content makes medical claims or frames clinical next steps.
Editorial desk
What that label means here
- Literature review and source collation
- Page structure, comparison framing, and cross-page consistency
- Copy editing, readability work, and corrections handling
- Product and engineering work that turns content into usable tools
Medical review
How it fits
Medical review is there to pressure-test clinical framing, rule-out logic, treatment wording, and the boundaries of what the site should or should not imply. It is not there to magically make sloppy copy acceptable.
Review details for the site’s named reviewer live on the Dr. Amarfei page.
Why we separate roles
If a page says it was prepared by the editorial desk and clinically reviewed, that means the writing, editing, and product decisions were handled in-house and then checked for medical framing. That is different from pretending one doctor personally wrote every line on the site.
Where a page is genuinely authored in a different way, that should be stated plainly. The goal is to make authorship and review more understandable, not less.
